Introduction:

The Department of Physics, Women University Swabi was established in 2018 at the Main Campus. The department currently offers BS and MSc programs, with plans to initiate M.Phil and Ph.D programs. It provides high-quality education and supervision in Pure and Applied Physics, empowering female students to excel in scientific research and contribute to the nation's progress.

Vision:

Provide high-quality university education in Physics, training students to gain scientific and practical skills to cope with global scientific advancements.

Mission:

To offer advanced education in diverse fields of Physics and develop graduates with high competence to compete globally and serve the market effectively.

Objectives:

• Provide a platform for female students to pursue higher education in Physics.
• Promote collaboration with interdisciplinary departments for enhanced teaching and research.
• Organize courses, seminars, workshops, and conferences to promote research and learning.
• Establish links with industry to produce quality products grounded in Physics.
